This is my recipe for dinner. Grilled Porkchop marinated in barbeque sauce.
More ingredients:
1 whole crushed garlic
4 big calamansi
ground pepper
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp white sugar
Squeeze the juice from the calamansi and pour it to the barbeque marinated. Then, tomato ketchup, white vinegar, ground pepper and crushed garlic, sugar. Mix very well.
Let it settle for atleast 30 mins to 1 hour.
After that, put it in the grill. Cook until golden brown. Don't let it burn.
Tip:
Grilling is ok. Just don't burn it. Burnt food can be cancerous.
