I had a very good lunch today. Indeed I ate a lot today.
Ingredients:
Fish (depending on the fish you want)
Potatoes (3 big ones) - sliced thin and circular.
squeezed calamansi
soy sauce
a dash of black pepper
onions - sliced thinly. ( more onions the better)
water (1 cup)
Make sure you fry the potatoes first then, set it aside.
Fry the fish. When all is fried, pour the water into the pan with the fish. Throw in the onions. Dash with pepper. Soy sauce and squeeze calamansi juice to the mixture. Make sure you don't put too much soy sauce to prevent saltiness. When the taste is almost perfect for you. Put in the sliced potatoes.
