I was just feeling energetic today. So,I told my mom-in-law to let me cook for a lunch. It's nothing grand or anything. But, the meal like was gone in 60 seconds.
Ingredient:
1/4 deboned chicken
beans sprout
1 whole onion
garlic
oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
a dash of salt
dash of black pepper
First fry the chicken. I used 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil by the way.
After frying, set it aside.
Saute the garlic and onion. Then, Add the beans sprout. Mix the veggies. Make sure the sprouts are still crispy. Then, add sugar , salt and oyster sauce to taste. make sure you don't overcook the sprouts. A little crisp makes it taste better.
