It has been a month since I started working. Having myself at home for almost 2 years makes it really very hard for me to adjust to my work environment and my schedule. Working again makes me a lot more skinnier than ever. I can feel my bones when I touch myself, not the usual skin, meat then bones feeling. Call me the Skinny mommy. Well, my pals at work actually envy me for having to maintain my figure even if I have 3 kids. Well, what they don't know is that my secret to staying slim is....(ooops! that's why it's a secret) Huh?! Yet, I force myself to adjust and eat as much as I can. Getting sick is not even on my list. Being absent at work is not even close to what I want to do. 1 day of absent would ruin my budget and plus, I would miss a lot. But, what can you say, I love my job. Though I know that I'm overwhelmed with mixed emotions...I don't even know what I'm feeling each day I wake up. All I know is, I have to work and I want to prove myself something.
That is, I was made by God to do something more for myself, my family and the world.
Two paydays has passed and this just proves that I am doing well. Coping with something that is actually hard but, challenging for me.
I miss staying at home and being able to spend my whole day with my family. Still, I have to face the fact that life is getting harder each day. Our economy is not rising, so we don't have to be part of those people who would prefer to indulge themselves on to things that aren't really important.
Kudos to people who have appreciation to small things. Those are the ones who excel and get to get what they want. No matter how long it takes...

Working from 5am - 1pm shift is kinda okay. It's the part where I have to wake up everyday at 2am is the hard part. Going to the office is also one factor. There are few buses passing through our vicinity. Tough luck if a bus comes ...yet, I still have to wait at least 15 - 45 minutes for the bus to get full. Phew! I guess didn't have any choice. Anyway, that's life. We all gotta work to earn more money. The fact that the prices of almost everything went up. We have to consider practicing not to be dismayed easily by the things that make our lives hard. These are just trials and tasks for us. We also have to do our fair share of good deeds in this world.

Working is not hard. It's the process of going to work that really bothers all of us. We may try to complain to alot of things, still, we can't do anything. Jumping from one company to another is not actually the best solution for us. We just have to try accepting the fact that we should be thankful that we have a job. Not all of us have that opportunity, don't you think so? Anyway, appreciate small things that come your way...and everything will follow.

It was yesterday during our training class when I asked this question. We had this assessments where we have to write a question on a piece of paper which we have to fold then, one by one, we will pick a question. It was easy for me to think of a question. Maybe because these are the things I think about.

So, if I was the one given a chance to go back in time? when and why?

I should say, I want to go back to the time when I was about to go to College. I would've tried harder to make my dreams and goals come true. I regret entering a relationship while studying. Have I thought of becoming serious in all aspect. May be things would have been better for everyone. Not just for me. Though my life right now is somewhat okay. But, there are things in life I would want to change in case there was such a thing as going back in time.

So, there was no time for me to really blog . Though I miss you guys. I do hope I could even tell you a story or so. But it's just too intoxicating at this moment. I didn't get to sleep that much last night. I was already wearing a jacket and socks. Yet, I still feel cold. My throat is sore and my head was screaming in pain. This may have caused from eating too much Halo-halo. Having thought that my 2 grandmothers would want to have their own. My dad bought 5 Halo halo. They ended up sharing 1. There were 5 of us who went out that day. So, I was forced to eat 2 glasses. Ouch!

I woke up this morning feeling sore. I was having this huge headache and feeling a slight dizziness. It's like I came from a very long and huge fight. Anyway, I just dreamt of my husband having an affair with this flirty gal I knew way back in High School. It was too weird that I can't even forget about it.
In my dream, I was screaming in anger. I was crying my eyes out till I fell on the ground. I felt hopeless and really hurt. Gosh! I was very thankful when I woke up and realized that I was only dreaming. I woke up alone in bed as my husband was already at work. I instantly texted my hubby to tell him of this horrible dream. He just said"What's up with you?". Then, assured me that everything is fine.
This is just another example of how much I love my husband. I can't even bear to see him go. I really love you babe! Thank you for the wonderful gift you gave for our anniversary. That was the trip to Bohol last May 19-21. It was really unforgettable.

It has been a long time since I last wrote a real story. A lot of things has happened and I wouldn't want to experience those ugly stuff that occurred a few weeks back. I may not have the mood to tell you guys my unforgettable and bad experience. Maybe someday when I think I'm ready to tell the world.

Anyway, I've had beautiful and wonderful things that happened last May 19-21. My husband and I went on a vacation to Bohol. It's been so long since I last rode an airplane. I really missed it. We planned this vacation ever since last year. Unfortunately, we were planning to go to Singapore or Malaysia before. There's just one problem and it's another story. Well, no regrets though. We had a great time.

We booked ourselves to a very nice private beach resort which they call Bohol Beach Club. There were no vendors walking around to sell stuff. No people annoying you to avail of their service like massage, tattoo etc... It was really solemn. The beach was really clear and you can really see the things below the water. That's how clear the water was. The sand was really soft. You cannot feel rocks sticking to your feet. Only corals and different types of starfishes, jellyfish and alot more. It's a great way to relax and spend your quality time with that special someone. If you're thinking of your safety. No need to worry. There are life guards around to keep an eye on you and your kids.

They provide quality food and service and really good. The people are very friendly and helpful too. We went on a tour to different tourist spots, island hopping and snorkeling. Actually, there are more things to do there. There's just not enough time for us to do them. Sigh! I just wish we could stay there more. It was so relaxing! Sunbathing and just feeling the calming breeze from the beach.

I had a very good lunch today. Indeed I ate a lot today.

Ingredients:

Fish (depending on the fish you want)
Potatoes (3 big ones) - sliced thin and circular.
squeezed calamansi
soy sauce
a dash of black pepper
onions - sliced thinly. ( more onions the better)
water (1 cup)

Make sure you fry the potatoes first then, set it aside.
Fry the fish. When all is fried, pour the water into the pan with the fish. Throw in the onions. Dash with pepper. Soy sauce and squeeze calamansi juice to the mixture. Make sure you don't put too much soy sauce to prevent saltiness. When the taste is almost perfect for you. Put in the sliced potatoes.

I have stumbled into an interesting site of neri grace. A 14 year old gal who is already hooked into blogging at a very young age. I was just feeling energetic today. So,I told my mom-in-law to let me cook for a lunch. It's nothing grand or anything. But, the meal like was gone in 60 seconds.

Ingredient:
1/4 deboned chicken
beans sprout
1 whole onion
garlic
oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
a dash of salt
dash of black pepper

First fry the chicken. I used 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil by the way.
After frying, set it aside.
Saute the garlic and onion. Then, Add the beans sprout. Mix the veggies. Make sure the sprouts are still crispy. Then, add sugar , salt and oyster sauce to taste. make sure you don't overcook the sprouts. A little crisp makes it taste better.

Last week has been a rough week for me. Many things has happened that made me feel stressed out. I never thought that working at home would mean taking most of my time. I don't get to spend time with my kids anymore. We never had any good conversation ever since I've been busy. A lot of good things turned into bad ones. This has brought me to a world where I thought I would never recover. Depressed..not feeling anything at all. I felt numb and wanted to give up. It's like thinking but, not knowing where to start or stop thinking. Do you get what I mean?!
Thursday. I can't forget this awful situation and one of the biggest catastrophe in my life as for now.
Can I make it? I don't know.

Friday. I still can't help myself. Tears just keeps rolling down my face. People in our house starts asking me what's wrong. Noticing my gloomy eyes and my voice almost silent. Where all I can say was, "Nothing, I'm just not feeling well". You see, I wouldn't want them to get involved with my own problems. But, if the time comes when I need them, probably that would be the time for them to know.

Saturday. Assessment day. The silence has almost helped me move on but, not completely. I was left alone at home. Giving myself a chance to unwind. It started around 3pm. I started to open my sound system and started singing. Somehow, It has helped me to forget my worries. Singing is really one way of healing a confused mind.

Sunday. Arose and moved on. I called up my mom and asked her if we could go to church together. I don't know if it's coincidence but the pastor's message has brought me to a place of serenity. His message said, it's our choice whether we want to stay depressed or healed. Or if we want be happy or stressed. Now, I am able to smile and crack jokes. Thank God for his grace.

I also want to acknowledge the people I've worked with. Keep it up and may God give you more blessings in Life. I will never forget you.

As you look at my previous post, I stated that I was talking to my writers. We were talking about business when one of my writers just can't seem to stop herself from opening up. So we left the group and did a private chat. It was another sleepless night for me. I can't stop myself from thinking. The things she said just keeps running through my mind.

Sometimes I wonder. How would you know if the spark you have and your husband is gone?How would you know if your husband doesn't find you attractive anymore? I don't know why I am so concerned. Maybe, it's because I too am married and have a husband. I just don't know why these thoughts keeps on knocking through my brain.

I remember her saying ;

There are nights when I feel restless. Feeling sad and lonely. I can't understand. He doesn't kiss me anymore. Not unless I kiss him. He gives me a smack once in awhile. But, that's it.

Then she added ;

We never make love the way we used to. Most of the time, he just lays down and let me do all the work. I feel that all he cares about is his own satisfaction. Not even thinking if he's given satisfaction to his wife.

The worst thing is, he doesn't say I love You anymore ! Not unless I tell him, then that's the time he answers back. Sometimes, he would just ignore what I said.

I felt ashamed that time. For I didn't utter a single word. I just listened. Not knowing what to say, but I'm sorry. I felt like, all she needed is someone who would listen to her. Someone to cry to. I was thinking of something to say that would make her feel better. But, couldn't find the words. She even sent me a prayer about the problems she's facing now. Don't worry readers, I already asked permission from her if I could publish it. I just can't mention her name to the public. I explained to her that it gave impact to my life right now. I became aware of certain stuff. And, I have to shout it out. Maybe, someone out there would have something more better to say. Someone out there would give better advice than the one I gave her.

Here's my writer's prayer:

Lord, give me answers. Enlighten me with everything that I'm confused about. I love my husband so much! But, I have one question...does he really love me? How much?

I am not asking for too much. I just can't seem to understand where I really am right now. I mean, what I am to him. I know he provides for us but sometimes, it makes me think that the reason why he's thriving hard on his work is because he needs to think of his OWN goals and dreams. How about the simple things that would make his family happy? I assume he has already put that aside. Being too caught up with his dreams that he's starting to misunderstand and bypass his families needs and real happiness.

Lord, I appreciate him and his good deeds. But, why can't he appreciate the simple things I could offer to our family. Lord help me please! Help me lift up my cross.

Until now, I know she's not yet healed. I do hope and pray for her peace of mind. I believe that the more people pray for a person, the stronger the prayer will be. May God Bless her.

I never thought that my family would appreciate my roasted chicken. As I just tried to mix different kinds of spices in it. For this month, I've already cooked it 3 times including today.
Anyway, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
Crushed Garlic - a lot of them
squeezed calamansi - 1 to 2 pcs
a dash of pepper
rosemary
half a cup of honey
half a cup of barbeque sauce


Marinate the chicken with all of the ingredients. Leave it for at least 2-3 hours. Or probably, it would taste much better if you leave it overnight.

Put the Chicken in a big pan with the sauce. Put it in 220 degrees. Make sure you turn it over every 30 minutes. Cooking time would take up to an hour to 1 1/2.

Anyway, this is easy to cook. No need to stir or fry. It's just a matter of mixing the right ingredients then, bake. Make sure you have a timer ready to prevent it from getting burnt.

1. Blogging gives me a chance to express myself.

2. Blogging is like a healing process for me. It gives me a chance to think. Writing enables me to take time to understand the negative things that I encounter in my everyday life.

3. It gives me the opportunity to touch people's lives. Sharing my life experiences is one way of letting other's know everything is possible. That every problem has it's own uniqueness and that it has it's own way of solving them.

4. The money I earn in blogging is my way of helping my husband. Even though I don't work and I'm just a stay-at-home mom; I can still say that I am able to give my share. Even if it's just a small amount.

5. I want to be productive and useful. I don't want to just sit around, take care of the kids, cook etc.

6. I gain more knowledge.

7. I gain more friends.

8. It gives me an opportunity to travel around the world. ( if you get what I mean)

9. Blogging helps me practice to become a good writer. I may have some mistakes but, at least I get to learn what's in and what's not.

10. Blogging helps me forget of my worries and problems. It also helps me give solution and light to my confusions.

Do you know how hard it is to not have a passport? Your dream of traveling will be afloat. Your wanting to explore new places would just be mere imagination. Actually, it is easy to get a passport. It’s only in the Philippines where Filipinos are required to pass unnecessary documents. I just cannot understand the point of asking a divorced person who already got married to present a document which is impossible to produce. For example: When divorced, the only document that is needed to present is the divorce decree. So, it was only the divorce decree given to me. I haven’t gone to the US. I did not pursue my application before. So, it’s impossible for me to produce such document. My ex and I never spoke to each other ever since. We don’t have any communication. I also have no plans of really talking to him. Though, I’ve tried texting him. He replied, but it is pretty obvious that he’s not gonna help me with this one. Anyway, I’m not really sure how this works but, God help me. I do pray and hope that by next week. I’ll have a new passport and will be able to give myself another step forward on what to do next.

At the Emmy Awards, Kathy Griffin's acceptance speech was really alarming. It just made me think less of her as one great personality.

"A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus." then she continued,"Suck it JESUS !!!". This is my God now.(pertaining to her emmy).

We all know that we are entitled for a free speech. But, not many people are happy about words she used during her speech. Many are offended. Many got annoyed. What do you think might have happened if she made this speech in front of Jesus himself? Do you think she would still have the nerve to say it again?

As a Christian, I disapprove to word that came out of her mouth. And definitely would not want to devout my time watching her stupid shows.

As you've noticed, I haven't been blogging for quite sometime. Last week of February and the whole month of March has been the most busiest time of mine. At least, I'm done with birthday parties. Goodness! The planning and preparing just makes me feel so tired and exhausted. I guess, It's time to take a break and keep blogging again. I miss this. I miss the sound of my keyboard. Lol!!!

It was an opportunity for me though. You see, I have this small business. I make simple jewelries. It gave me an opportunity to show and introduce my stuff. I get to sell more than 5 item each party. Great huh?! Anyway, Thanks for the people who liked it. It also felt good that they appreciate my bracelets and earrings.
As you can see, the picture at the left is one of the best buys. It comes in different colors. I've also had a chance to get some people to order the style and colors they want for their accessories.

I'll be back later for more post. I have to take my kids to a children's party nearby. So, gotta go and hi to my blogger friends. You guys know who you are.

Whew! I few more days and I'll be turning 30 on the 27th of March. Wishes I have many. But, Prayers is what I need from people right now. I wish you could help me pray for my family. That we may continue loving each other. Giving each member the attention each deserves. That we will stay loyal and honest towards each other. Even though we are near or far.

Of course, I have material wishes. but, it's for the person's decision what to give. I love surprises. That is why, I don't ask my husband or tell him what I wish for. I am a person who appreciates anything a person gives. It's the thought that counts.

It may be awful to think of death when we're still healthy, alive and kickin'. But, sometimes we could not stop ourselves from thinking of the things we wanna accomplish or do before death comes to us. I was in the car last night when this struck me. I was with my husband at the back seat. While my brother is driving with his girlfriend who is sitting beside him. Watching how fast the wind was blowing, just makes me get the thought of how fast time flies too. Though there are things that is impossible to achieve. yet, we still wonder what if. There are things that are possible but the question is, how can we achieve it before death.

So I thought, maybe if I could just:

1. Win the lottery. Things I would do with the money:
a. donate to charity.
b. buy a house / car
c. invest on educational plans for my children. Open bank accounts for each of them.
d. give my parents, in-laws, siblings a part of my blessings.

Lastly, and the most important of all...

I want to get married again. I mean, I want to have the grandest church wedding ever. Well, not too grand. But, grand enough for me to feel that ahhh feeling. I love my husband so much that I want to have this moment with him. I want see him waiting for me in the alter while I walk through the aisle. I want our marriage to be blessed by the Lord before I go to the heavens.

2. I want to go back to school and earn a degree.

3. If I could get a chance to take a glimpse of the future. I just want to see what my
children will become and my husband will do.

4. I want to experience doing a photo shoot for a very popular magazine.

5. Learn how to play the guitar.

6. Sing beautifully in front of a crowd without getting nervous.

hmm...I think I forgot some .... I guess there's not really many of them.

It was when I was studying in Singapore. I remember being brought to the principals office. I think it was during my nursery days. Hahaha!!! Too young for a rebel. Anyway, I have this classmate who torment most of the kids in my class. He is a big fat boy who would go around making children cry. He would often get my classmates food. Sometimes he would just push them or hurt them in all sorts of ways. Having seen him being such a pain in our class. I told myself that if he does those mean things to me, I'd probably don't know what to do. You see, he's a lot bigger than I am. Plus, he is a boy.

One recess time, that same bully approached me and was trying to see if he can make me cry. I'm not sure what happened. But I just snapped! I took his shirt and pulled it close to me. I started saying things to him. (I just can't remember what) Until, I made him cry. Imagine a small little girl making a gigantic kid cry and ran like a little piglet. I felt like a superhero. Kids started to cheer for me. I guess they were happy that he met his match at last. The commotion gave attention to the teachers. I was the main star of that event. Instead of the bully being brought to the principals office, it was me. The principal asked my teacher to call my parents. This made me really scared. Later on, my parents came and started talking to the teachers and the principal. I was excused in class for what happened. The principal shook hands with my parents and then, we left.

I was waiting for my parents reaction. But, I never expected to see my parents laugh instead of getting mad after being sent to the principals office. They explained that there are certain things that is okey to them. And there are bad things I should not repeat. The good part was that they found out that I can defend myself even though, I'm this small. I can carry myself through rough times. But, when it comes to revenge. It's a no-no to them. I was taught that if someone hurts you, don't seek revenge. It's okay to speak to them in a proper manner. But, doing the same thing will not do anything good. It will just create a never ending war.

Forgive while its early. If the person doesn't change, then just do the right thing. Until that person realizes that you are not affected by everything he does to you. Therefore, he is just wasting his time on you. You should feel blessed that someone is trying to waste his time on you. Just because he doesn't have anything best to do for himself. Be glad...just stay cool. Leave all the grudges to him. All the joy to you !!!
